We recently announced the start of our new commercialisation department. They’ll be responsible for building new relationships with the UKs leading shopping centres and enriching customer experience through fantastic brand partnerships and experiential events.

 

Access Point have unparalleled experience in getting the best venues for our clients, but with the start of our new phase we’ve got a few new additions to the Access Point family and they’ve already chosen their avatars.

 

 

Johnny Larkins Access Point Commercialisation

On one side is Johnny Larkins a.k.a. Scott Tracey, our Client Services Director. It will be his job to make sure our centre partners have the best promotions and our clients have the best locations. He’s previously been MD of JCDecaux Live and Concourse Initiatives, so has a huge amount of experience in the industry. He chose Scott Tracey because he’s the first responder, a leader and a bold and decisive decision maker.

 

 

Diane Whalley Access Point Commercialisation

Leading it all will be Diane Whalley a.k.a. Jean Gray, our new Head of Commercialisation. She previously worked with Access Point for the former Safeway account and has spent the last 8 years focussing on in-store media for Shopping Centres and Department Stores, including the likes of Fortnum and Mason. She chose Jean Gray for her avatar because “of her telepathic powers – I often find I have a sixth sense in business that helps me understand what the client is actually saying”.

 

Working alongside them will be our brilliant Shopping Centres department, including Sharrona Bryans who has made the move from our Supermarkets department to be the primary contact for Hammerson Venues. Her speciality has always been in dealership promotions having previously worked for Honda.

 

This new team brings together a huge amount of outside experience in shopping centres and commercialisation to Access Point’s already stellar team. It will bring our core values to a new audience, enabling us to provide our incredibly high standards of service to both clients and shopping centres.
