Although we operate nationally to support our customers, we are based from our custom renovated prestigious premises at the Old Courthouse in Southport.

Main Purpose of Role

To assist and support members of our sales team.


Description of role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the efficiency and smooth running of the Sales Team by co-ordinating and assisting with all office procedures.

This role demands a focus on day to day efficiency and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, utilising your first class communication skills.

This role will be varied depending upon business needs but will include tasks such as

  • Dealing with incoming telephone/email queries
  • Creating, updating and maintaining reports
  • Researching potential new business
  • Qualifying potential leads to then pass over to the sales team
  • Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer based information
  • Liaise with clients, centre managers and internal departments
  • Check availability/book venues

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, multitask effectively and to plan and prioritise. You will have excellent communication skills and although it is not required to have sales experience it is expected that you are articulate, self-motivated and a team player.
