As the Company expands, we need more fantastic Employees to support our growth and ensure it continues.  That’s why we are now looking for a National Site Liaison Officer to join our team.

NATIONAL SITE LIAISON OFFICER

Salary: c £22k pa plus bonus potential and benefits

This position is unique, just like us. No previous experience or qualifications are required for this role.

We need someone to join us on a full time basis and manage site surveys and information gathering for new and existing customers based at stores and venues throughout Mainland UK.  The role will be responsible for making sure our existing customers – whether that be a store, venue or caterers at the location – are compliant.  You will liaise with contacts on site to go through specific questionnaires, updating our records and databases accordingly with your findings. For our new customers, it’s more about liaising with the site contact, gathering the correct information via questionnaires and creating a client portfolio using the relevant IT packages.

As mentioned, the role is National (Mainland UK), therefore you will be away from home up to 3 nights per week, so it won’t suit everyone! On your non-travelling days, you will work from our Southport Office.


You will need to be highly organised in this role as you will be planning your own visits and working to date driven deadlines. Being a great communicator is also essential as you will be dealing with our Customers face to face – so it’s essential you are a people person.  You will need to have good IT skills so that you can perform the administrative duties that come with this role; updating existing documents/spreadsheets and creating location specific information on google maps and uploading onto the system.  Full training will be given for anything IT related but it will help to have a good understanding in areas such as Word, Excel, database navigation and the internet!!

To succeed in this role it’s vital that you hold a full, clean Driving Licence. We will provide you with a company car and all the necessary equipment you need to perform your role.
