How did you find the set up experience?

“Very straight forward with positive assistance from whomever you talk too. All documentation was sent to Access Point and I met both the Regional Director for Wickes and the Store Manager. Both incidentally tried our food!”

Is there anything we can do to support your trading?

“If it were possible to have a sign to advertise our presence from the road side this would give passers by the opportunity to divert to the site drawing in customers for Snackbox and Wickes”

After speaking with Wickes Coventry Access Point have organised for Snackbox to have a prominent sign on the roadside on Wickes land.

“I have always spoken with Marc Murray who has been instrumental in guiding me through the process. He’s very easy to talk to and only a phone call or e-mail away should there be a need”
