ACCESS POINT TO HELP CLIFTON DOWN SHOPPING CENTRE CONTINUE TO BUCK RETAIL TREND
COMMERCIALISATION TO BUILD ON SUCCESS AT THRIVING BRISTOL CENTRE
Bristol’s Clifton Down Shopping Centre has appointed Southport-based Access Point as its exclusive commercialisation agent.
Responsible for maximising space at Clifton Down and attracting traders that will resonate with visitors to the Bristol destination, Access Point’s signing supports Clifton Down’s momentum in securing brands that are driving footfall and seeing it buck the national trend of a general decline in retail.
Known as a community-focused centre with an eco-friendly footprint, Clifton Down has enjoyed the success of its Refreshingly Local campaign, launched in 2017 in a bid to encourage more people to shop locally. In 2018 it reported a consistent rise in footfall against an average national decline.
