Access Point joins forces with North East’s largest shopping outlet
A specialist commercialisation company from Southport has signed a deal to work with the North East’s largest outlet shopping centre.
Access Point, which works with retail landlords to bring promotional space to life, has been appointed by Dalton Park Outlet Shopping & Leisure centre to identify and maximise onsite opportunities.
Dalton Park has more than 60 national and international brand outlet stores including Marks & Spencer, Next and Adidas as well as a large food offering and seven-screen cinema.
Access Point’s CEO David Robertshaw said: “We are delighted to be working with Dalton Park as it continues to go from strength to strength.

The centre is managed by Nuveen Real Estate on behalf of Janus Henderson UK Property PAIF. Realm Ltd is instructed as property managers of the scheme.
