"I am Access Point's Sales Development Manager. In my dual role, I coach and develop our promotions team. Through tailored programmes, I help guide them towards best practices and assist them in advancing their careers here. I love working with the team and watching their growth. With over 25 years of sales and development experience, I'm always available to offer advice when needed. My other role involves managing customer accounts, creating new promotions, and expanding existing ones. This is where I put all my sales skills into practice. I thrive on developing business growth and anticipating where the next big contact will come from."
