About Lisa

My role is about all things people, from recruitment, onboarding, engagement, charity, coaching, offboarding, and a million other things that happen on a day-to-day basis. A big part of my role is to listen and not jump in with the answers. More often than not, people already know the answers to their issues; they just need a sounding board.

Additional

I have 2 children that keep me very busy. When I am not running around after them, I like to cook the food we grow on our family allotment, go to the cinema, go for walks along the beach, and explore new places.
