About Russell

I am the National Site Liaison Manager for Access Point ; I do site visits to our catering customers at least twice a year to ensure everything is OK and that they are compliant with their site licence. I am also authorised to conduct PAT Testing which our customers can book directly with us. And recently, I have become the official photographer for our Marketing team, capturing images of our customers as well as sites and venues that we manage. Retail has been my background all my working life, previously as Store Manager for Toys ‘R’ Us and The Range. The site liaison role gives me a great opportunity to meet with our customers up and down the country and get feedback first hand. The role also provides a brilliant work/life balance.

I like to get out and do a bit of mountain biking. When I am not out on the bike I will be in the garage tinkering with them – or as my wife calls it ‘hiding’. Being the coach for my son’s Under 10’s football team is probably the most stressful thing in my life as well as being the most rewarding – and I should imagine anyone who has been a coach for a kids football (or any sports) team will fully understand what I mean. I am not expecting to get a phone call any time soon to take up office but I am descended from Russian royalty through my Grand Mother who was Russian.
