As a Sales Support Administrator, I provide administrative support to the sales team; this involves communicating via email and telephone with new and existing customers, researching tasks for the sales team, greeting visitors to our office, and many other tasks. Often being the first point of contact for customers, I am friendly and positive when chatting on the phone and will always do my best to point customers in the right direction with whatever query they may have.

I’ve felt very welcomed by the team at APUK, and I’m genuinely impressed with the company’s values and the support it provides its employees. Outside of work, I love spending time at the park or beach with my Cockerpoo, Mabel. I also enjoy dining out, horse riding, watching a good thriller series, and travelling – one of my dreams is to experience the F1 in person. On top of that, I happily take on the role of personal motivator and PA for my partner, who runs in support of The Liverpool Women’s Hospital Charity.
