As a Sales Support Administrator, I provide administrative support to the sales team; this involves communicating via email and telephone with new and existing customers, researching tasks for the sales team, greeting visitors to our office, and many other tasks.
Often being the first point of contact for customers, I am friendly and positive when chatting on the phone and will always do my best to point customers in the right direction with whatever query they may have.
