As Credit Controller, I look after customer accounts by keeping an eye on outstanding balances, making sure payments are on track, and following up where needed to keep things running smoothly. I bring over 15 years of experience across a variety of accounts roles, including supporting teams in the US remotely, which has given me a well-rounded approach to the role. I’ve recently joined Access Point and have already felt incredibly welcomed by a friendly, supportive, and genuinely lovely team.

Outside of work, I’m kept very busy by my three boys, who certainly keep me on my toes. When I do get a moment, I love spending time in the garden growing my own fruit and vegetables, as well as cooking and baking with my two youngest. Family time is really important to me, whether that’s days out, cosy movie nights, or a board game around the table—although things can get very competitive in our household!
