Jeanette’s role is to oversee all departments to ensure the smooth running of the company. Her responsibilities include reporting to the board, setting sales targets, forecasting, strategic planning, negotiation and business development. Her proudest achievement was becoming a shareholder. She was given the option to buy shares through progression within the company, loyalty and personal growth. Jeanette likes the people she works with and being her own boss.
